A £50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your chosen dates.
A £100 security deposit is required and will be held against damages, excessive cleaning or breaches of these terms.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the start date of the booking.
Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund of monies paid.
The £100 security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to the caravan being left in a satisfactory condition with no damage, excessive cleaning required or missing items.
The £50 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If a booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before the start date, the full balance will be payable and no refund will be issued.
If we are able to re-let the caravan for the cancelled dates, a refund will be provided minus the £50 booking fee and a £100 administration fee.
No refunds will be given for early departure, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
A complimentary late check-out of 12pm is offered, subject to operational requirements and cleaning schedules. This may be withdrawn if circumstances require.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
A pet fee applies: £50 for short breaks or £100 for week-long stays.
Pets must not be left unattended in the caravan and must not be allowed on beds or furniture.
Guests are responsible for leaving the caravan clean and tidy.
Any damage, breakages or excessive cleaning costs may be deducted from the security deposit.
Optional personalised extras (e.g. flowers, wine, chocolates) may be arranged by prior agreement and subject to availability. These are charged separately and are non-refundable once arranged.
By making a booking and paying the booking fee, guests confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Weekly bookings must start on either a Friday or a Monday and run for 7 nights.
During school holiday periods, bookings are accepted for a minimum of 7 nights only.
Weekend / short break bookings are available outside of school holidays and run from Friday to Monday only.
Arrival and departure days outside of these set changeover days are not available.
These conditions are in place to allow for professional cleaning, preparation of the caravan and to maintain high standards for all guests.
