Your holiday home is tucked away in the peaceful Piran Point cul‑de‑sac on the outskirts of Perran Sands. You’re just a 10‑minute stroll from the main Haven complex and only 5 minutes from the beach, accessed through the beautiful sand dunes directly behind the caravan. Surrounded by these dunes, the setting is perfect for a calm and relaxing break.
At the centre of the cul‑de‑sac is a small grassed island with swings for both little ones and grown‑up kids at heart. It’s an ideal spot for them to play while you unwind and enjoy the tranquillity, all within easy view.
Just outside the cul‑de‑sac to your left, you’ll find a gateway to both adventure and history. The original St Piran Church is only a short walk away — a lovely piece of local heritage to explore during your stay.
The caravan features full wraparound decking with ramp access, complete with comfortable seating on the patio area. A picnic table sits on the grass beside the caravan, perfect for those warm summer evenings and exclusively for your use. There’s still plenty of space remaining for parking.

Play passes can be purchased directly from Haven ahead of your stay. While bookings are listed from Saturday to Saturday, long weekends or alternative dates can be considered during off‑peak periods.
