| Bookings will only be accepted from hirers who are over 21 years of age and above on start of holiday. |
| No same sex groups under 25 years old |
| Check in time 3pm and Check Out 10:00 am |
| The hirer is responsible for the caravan and signed as stated on the booking form. |
| Property details will be sent on day of booking.The key-safe code will be sent on day of check-in. |
| The hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form as well as all guests and visitors. |
| The hirer agrees that the details of persons listed on the booking form shall be registered with the caravan owners. |
| The hirer must give access to the caravan if reasonably required by the caravan owners |
| The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason. |
| Park Dean Resorts or the owners of the caravan will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age). |
| Smoking is not permitted within the caravan |
| The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition.To assist us we would greatly appreciate if you could strip the beds to assist our cleaner. |
| Please ensure not to leave any refuse in the caravan on departure |
| Only quiet well behaved small dogs are welcome ***Please note only dogs allowed in Kensington 103 |
| All damage(s) must be reported before check out .If the deposit doesn’t cover the damage then an estimate will be given and agreed before checkout. |
| Deposit will be returned after check out inspection has been completed ,please allow 24 to 48hrs |
| Park passes available at reception and not included in the accomodation |
| All changes to a booking form are allowed only by prior agreement with the caravan owner in writing. |
