About the Caravan

Our beautiful fully central heated caravan on Marton Mere Holiday Village, is less than 2 minutes from the main complex. It offers 3 bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms (each with TV/DVD player) Not only is our caravan fully central heated throughout, but we also have wall-mounted air conditioning – fantastic for the hot weather! The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, air-fryer, microwave etc. Within the lounge we have a large, wall-mounted, 43” TV, complete with FREE Netflix and FREE unlimited Wi-Fi. The caravan has a shower room with wash basin and toilet, plus a separate toilet with hand basin. We also provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and board games for your use. All bed linen included in your stay Funpasses Not included but can buy these 12 weeks before arrival online by a link sent to you by myself

Terms & Rules

Cancellation

Cancellations – must be requested within 48 hrs of Arrival date

To book your stay with us a £50 non refundable deposit is required upon receiving deposit a Booking form & receipt

& business card will be posted to your address

Balance for the caravan will be due 4 weeks before

passes can be bought 12 weeks prior to arrival once registration is booked a link will be sent to you via text

Details for your stay will be text the week before by myself

we don’t have keys we have door coded locks 🔐

Your deposit will be refunded after your stay within 24 hours as long as the caravan has been left in a satisfactory condition No Breakages or loss off items in the caravan

Please note the deposit is non refundable in the event off a cancellation

Sorry we are pet free due to family allergies
