Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days ahead of the arrival date.
Only bookings for 2026 are being taken, but if you enjoy the caravan and wish to be kept on a waiting list for 2027, then please ask.
Bed linen is not included in the price, but can be provided for an extra charge of £35. Please state when booking if you require this and if known, how many beds will be required. Guests must bring their own towels.
Dogs are allowed in the caravan, but they should be well-behaved and not left unattended in the caravan. No smoking or vaping in the caravan.
The lead guest must be 21 +. Same sex groups are generally not allowed to stay on Haven sites, but there may be some exceptions and enquiries should be made with the host prior to booking.
Haven play passes cost extra, but can be purchased direct with Haven nearer the time of your stay, subject to availability.
