About the Caravan

Our family owned Caravan home from home sleeps 4 people were there is a En-suite bathroom in the master bedroom which includes walk in shower and twin single bedroom (not bunk beds). Bring your doggie along for no extra charge. * Beds are made on arrival 🛏️ * Pet friendly Caravan 🐶 * All non-smoking Caravan. * Welcome Pack on arrival * Netflix available to use * Private fast WiFi * Check in 4pm 🕓 * Check out 10am 🕙 WE DO OFFER EARLY BIRD CHECK IN AT 2PM (EXTRA £20). WE DO OFFER LAZY LATE CHECK OUT AT 12 NOON (EXTRA £20).
 You can park next to the caravan and is available for cars spaces. All we ask is that you bring your own towels with you, hand towels are available for you to use. Cancellation

Cancellations – must be requested within 30 days of Arrival date for a full refund. Unfortunately any dates after deposit will not be refunded.

  • 4 to 14 days before the stay begins 50%
  • 3 days or less before the stay begins 0%

Additional Rules Information

  • THIS IS A NO SMOKING CARAVAN.
  • NO SMOKING IS ANY PART OF THE CARAVAN THIS ALSO INCLUDES ON THE DECKING AREA OUTSIDE.
  • IF ANYONE IF FOUND SMOKING YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD FOR PAYMENT FOR DEEP CLEAN.
  • NO CANDLES TO BE USED IN THE CARAVAN.

 

  • PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS WHEN CHECK OUT.

 

  • PLEASE ENSURE ALL ELECTRICTY  IS SWITCHED OFF WHEN LEAVING.

 

  • YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO USE ANYTHING WE HAVE IN OUR CARAVAN I.E OUR BOARD GAMES AVAILABLE TO KEEP YOU ENTERTAIN IF ITS A RAINY DAY, WE JUST ASK YOU TO PLEASE LOOK AFTER OUR ITEMS SO ANOTHER CUSTOMERS CAN USE THEM TOO.
  • YOU DONT REQUIRE ANY PASSES TO USE THE FACILITIES AT GOLDEN GATE AND YOU HAVE ALSO HAVE ACCESS TO USE ALL FACILITIES AT WHITEHOUSE WHICH IS BASED NEXT DOOR.
  • THERE IS A SMALL FEE TO PAY TO USE THE SWIMMING POOLS PLEASE CHECK WITH SITE.
  • ALL BEDS MUST BE STRIPPED ON THE DAY OF YOUR DEPARTURE AND PLACED INTO THE WHITE LAUNDRY BASKET IN MASTER BEDROOM WARDORE.
  • ALL BINS SHOULD BE EMPITED AND PLACED IN SKIPS WHICH ARE LOCATED NEAR YOU (PLEASE SEE MAP).
  • PLEASE LEAVE OUR HOLIDAY HOME CLEAN AND TIDY WITH NO DAMAGE CONDITION TO ANY OF OUT ITEMS.
  • THE PAYMENT OF £100 DEPOSIT WILL ALSO ACT FOR THE PRICE FOR ANY DAMAGES/THEFT OR LOSS OF KEYS TO REPLACE THEM.
  • DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED THE SAME WAY AS PAID TO US AND WILL BE RETURED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.
  • PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE MUST HAVE THESE PROCEDURES IN PLACE TO PROTECT OUR HOLIDAY HOME AND TO ENSURE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE THE BEST COMFORT AND ENJOY THEIR STAY WITH US.
  • PLEASE RESPECT OUR FAMILY HOLIDAY HOME AS LIKE IT WAS YOUR OWN HOME.
