Betty’s Beehive

Walsh’s is a quiet 4-star family-run site between Skegness and Ingoldmells. On site there’s a laundry, amusement arcade and an excellent chippy, which is more than your average chippy. They do breakfasts and Sunday dinners … book those on Saturday to avoid disappointment. It’s only a five minute walk to the local shops and another five minutes to the beach. Buses pass the site regularly to Skegness, Ingoldmells, Fantasy Island and beyond. So … if you want a cheap and cheerful holiday for up to 6 guests … with guaranteed friendly neighbours, then Betty’s Beehive is the one for you. But if you prefer a touch of luxury and class, check out Bella, which is on a lovely, quiet part of the holiday . Betty’s Beehive is a lovely bright and very spacious caravan, with a cheerful sunshine, flower and bee theme. There is a large lounge area with plenty of comfy seating for everyone. A fully equipped dining kitchen for whipping up culinary delights … because everyone loves cooking on holiday, right. A very generous sized master bedroom … with enough cupboards and wardrobes to accommodate a small army. A second smaller bedroom which can be left as two single beds or pushed together to make a double. And there’s another – interesting – bed under the seating. Just to make you aware … most of the seating will need moving to get to this bed. You’re on your own with that one. There’s a big shower – easily big enough to hose down one or two children and the dogs at the same time. Two loos – one of which is en suite off the master bedroom. So you can have a yours and theirs. There’s also a gated balcony to keep the children and pets safe. Essential things included: Smart TV and free WiFi. Games, books and puzzles for those rainy days. Duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be provided for an extra charge. Just let us know if it’s for two doubles or a double and singles … or more if you want to tackle the som’toile fold out bed. All family members are welcome. So dogs and/or cats … you can can bring your hoomans with you … for tin/sachet opening, walkies and poo bag duties.
