Brand New 3-Bed Caravan at Haven Valley Farm, Clacton-on-Sea Enjoy a private and brand new Caravan space all for you and your family. Perfect for families, couples, and friends, this modern and spacious caravan offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The caravan features three well-appointed bedrooms, a bright open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining area for family meals. Outside, you can unwind on the private terrace or enjoy al fresco dining in the outdoor seating area. Guests have access to Haven’s excellent facilities, including swimming pools, entertainment, restaurants, bars, and family activities (passe to be purchased separately through at Reception ). Ideally situated just a short distance from Clacton Beach, the caravan is perfectly located for exploring the seaside, local attractions, and the beautiful Essex coastline. Nearby attractions include Colchester Castle, Alresford, and a variety of family-friendly activities. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing coastal break or a fun-filled family holiday, our beautiful new caravan at Valley Farm is the perfect choice. Linen is provided and cleaning is included in the price. Towels are not provided.

Cancellation

Cancellations-

All bookings are non-refundable. If a guest cancels their reservation, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that we are unable to provide the accommodation due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be provided.

By confirming a booking and making payment, the guest agrees to these cancellation terms.

Additional Rules Information

 

  1. No Smoking

  2. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.

    If there is evidence of smoking or vaping within the caravan, a charge of £200 will be deducted from the damage deposit or charged to the guest to cover additional cleaning and deodorising costs.

  3. No Parties or Excessive Noise
    Parties, gatherings, events, and excessive noise are not permitted. Guests must respect neighbouring properties and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
  4. No Pets
    Pets are not permitted in the caravan unless prior written permission has been obtained.
  5. Pet Violation Charge
    If evidence of a pet being brought into the caravan without prior approval is found, a charge of £200 will be deducted from the damage deposit or charged to the guest to cover additional cleaning and sanitisation costs.
  6. Damage and Additional Cleaning
    Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged for repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning required after departure. Any costs exceeding the £200 damage deposit remain the responsibility of the guest.
