Cancellations – 4 Weeks before the booking start Date, although medical exceptions may be made.
We can reserve your booking with a min £50 Deposit at the time of booking, this is non refundable, but does come off the price of your booking.
We take a refundable Bon of £75, this will be refunded within 3 Days of you vacating following satisfactory inspection of the caravan and it’s contents, ANY DAMAGES BEYONG THE £75 VALUE WILL BE INVOICED TO YOU SEPERATELY.
Full payment including Bond is due 4 Weeks before the start Date of your booking
We post out or e-mail full printed booking documents as well as a park plan etc.

When booking we make a note of all who will be staying, and the number of Adult / Child ratio, IF this changes please let us know before you arrive.
NO SUBLETTING, ONLY THE PERSONS NAMED AND NUMBER OF ADULTS/CHILDREN MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WILL BE PERMITTED TO STAY, HOWEVER YOU CAN LET US KNOW OF ANY CHANGES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE.
DOGS, WE CAN ACCEPT 1-2 WELL BEHAVED SMALL DOGS,, or 1 Medium sized DOG, HOWEVER **PLEASE NOTE** THE PARK OWNERS DO NOT ALLOW DOGS TO BE LEFT ALONE IN CARAVANS, WE ASK YOU TO CAREFULLY CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BOOKING.
Pleas bring your own dog bedding etc, and NOTE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN BEDROOMS.
THERE IS AN ALLOCATED DOG WALKING PARK ON THE SITE FOR YOU TO USE.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS STAYING ON THE HOLIDAY PARK IN RELATION TO MOISE AND UNRULY BEHAVIOUR, IF THIS HAPPENS YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK EARLY WITHOUT REFUND.

WE OFFER A RETURNING CUSTOMER DISCOUNT TO THOSE WHO WISH TO RE BOOK WITH US AGAIN (Unless they are black listed of course!)
