Cancellations – must be requested within 48 hrs of Arrival

The only things you need are bed sheeting and towels    Pillows and quilts are provided 

Please do not leave any electrical sockets on or taps open when u go out of the van as well as when you leave for good 

Please always lock the van and close all windows when you go out. 

Please do not leave any food in the fridge when you leave.

PLEASE LEAVE THE VAN AS YOU FOUND IT   CLEAN AND TIDY OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED 

Please report any damages you notice or problems you notice 

Remove all rubbish from bins after your stay and put it in the skips provided on site 

The keys and fob for the car barricade are in the lock box next to the door of the caravan   You will need to park the car next to the office and walk to the caravan to get the fob  I will give you the code to the lock box on the day of your arrival 

If you have any problems or complaints please contact me and not the office on site as they charge me for ANY sort of assistance from them
