Holiday Caravan Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Guest

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing by email or message.

The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 8 weeks before arrival – Deposit non-refundable
• 4 to 8 weeks before arrival – 50% of total booking cost payable
• Less than 4 weeks before arrival – 100% of total booking cost payable

If the balance has already been paid, any refund due will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Non-Payment

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the deposit.

Amendments to Bookings

We will try to accommodate changes to booking dates where possible; however, this cannot be guaranteed and may incur an administration fee.

Cancellation by the Owner

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive either:

• A full refund, or
• The option to transfer the booking to alternative dates

We shall not be liable for any additional costs, compensation, or expenses incurred.

Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly advised to obtain suitable holiday/travel insurance to cover cancellations, illness, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.

No Shows & Early Departure

No refunds will be given for:

• Late arrival
• Early departure
• No shows
• Adverse weather conditions

Force Majeure

We cannot accept liability or pay compensation where performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, utility failures, or other unforeseen events.
