Kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave, and undercounter fridge with freezer compartment. Lounge with TV/Freeview, gas fire and double sofa bed. Bed 1: Double bed Bed 2: Two single beds Family shower room with toilet and wash basin. Separate toilet with wash basin. Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing licence will need to be shown. Good to know • Linen & Towels: Not included • Dog friendly: Yes, 2 dogs allowed, fees apply • WiFi: No • Parking: Unallocated, near to the accommodation. Please do not park on the grass or next to the accommodation • Heating: Gas fire in lounge and panel heaters • Park entertainment & facilities passes: Not included
