All bookings are subject to the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations made more than 28 days before arrival
Any monies paid will be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 28 days of arrival
Unfortunately, no refund will be given, as it is unlikely the dates can be re-let at short notice.
Non-refundable Deposit
The deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or changes in personal circumstances.
Early Departure / No-Shows
No refunds will be issued for early departures or failure to arrive on the agreed check-in date.
Re-letting of Dates
In the unlikely event that we are able to re-let the caravan for the cancelled dates, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, minus the deposit and any administration costs.
Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
By proceeding with a booking, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
A refundable security bond may be required prior to arrival.
Any damage, breakages, or excessive cleaning costs will be deducted from this bond.
The bond will be returned within 7 days of departure, subject to inspection.
The caravan must not exceed the maximum sleeping capacity stated in the listing.
Only guests named on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
Pets must be declared at the time of booking.
Any pet-related damage or additional cleaning will be chargeable.
Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
Smoking is permitted outside only, with doors and windows closed.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a deep-clean charge.
Check-in: from 3PM
Check-out: by 10 Am
Late check-out without prior agreement may result in an additional charge.
Guests must respect neighbouring caravans at all times.
Excessive noise, antisocial behaviour, or complaints from site management may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
The caravan should be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
Rubbish must be removed and disposed of in designated site bins.
Excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning charge.
Furniture must not be moved or taken outside (except outdoor furniture).
Any loss or damage to items must be reported immediately.
No additional electrical appliances (e.g. heaters, air fryers, BBQs) may be brought into the caravan.
Guests must follow all Haven Marton Mere safety rules during their stay.
Guests must comply with all Haven Marton Mere Holiday Park rules.
Entertainment passes (if applicable) are not included unless stated.
The owner is not responsible for personal items left behind.
Lost property can be returned at the guest’s expense if requested.
The owner reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if rules are breached, without refund.
