Cancellations – if cancelled up to 28 days before arrival a full refund minus £50 deposit will be refunded within 5 working days. If cancelled 15 days or less before start date you will receive 50% refund. If less than 14 days then no refund will be given. We try to work with you on alternative dates and also try to resell dates for you. IF dates are resold then refund WILL be given. All deposits are non refundable.
£50 deposit is required to save dates for you. Balance plus £75 refundable breakages and cleaning bond is due 6 weeks before holiday start date. IF balance isn’t received by date that will be stated then all monies paid will be non refundable. Dogs welcome at no extra charge up to max of 2 dogs. Gas electric wifi included. Passes not included these can be purchased from reception upon arrival. NO electric car charging from the caravan, meters are ready before and after each use. No dogs on beds. No all male/female parties park rules. No smoking OR camping inside the caravan. No bbq s permitted on the decking areas.
