Cancellations
Please see the table below for the cancellation policy. All monies, including the security deposit, must be paid at the latest 8 weeks before the arrival date. If a cancellation is required, the £100 security deposit will be returned providing all payments have been made by the due date.
Bed linen is not included in the price, but can be provided for an extra charge of £35. Please state when booking if you require this and if known, how many beds will be required. Guests must bring their own towels.
No smoking/vaping in the caravan or charging of electric cars adjacent to the caravan. There is an electric charging point a very short distance away from this caravan.
No dogs allowed. In the main description of the caravan, it states that there will have been dogs in the caravan outside of booking periods. The caravan would therefore not be suitable for someone with pet allergies. It is the responsibility of the lead guest to communicate this to other members of the group. The host will not be held responsible for issues related to this.
The lead guest must be 21 +. Same sex groups are generally not allowed to stay on Haven sites, but there may be some exceptions and enquiries should be made with the host prior to booking.
Haven play passes cost extra, but can be purchased direct with Haven nearer the time of your stay, subject to availability
