Cancellations – must be requested within 48 hrs of Arrival date.
In the event of cancellation the deposit paid to secure your holiday is non refundable.
If you have paid full amount and cancel more than 30 days before your stay your security bond will be refunded and 100% of holiday cost (excluding deposit)
If you have paid in full and cancel 15- 29 days before your stay your security bond will be refunded and you will be refunded 75% of your holiday cost (excluding deposit)
If you have paid in full and cancel 4-14 days before you stay your security bond will be refunded and you will be refunded 50% of your holiday cost (excluding deposit)
If you cancel 3 days before your stay you will receive no refund.
If the caravan becomes unavailable due to un-forseen circumstances beyond our control alternative dates will be offered or a full refund issued
Caravan Rules
There will be a one time £20 cleaning/laundry fee for professional cleaning added to your balance
Dogs charged £20 per dog
A £75 security is included in your balance which will be refunded after van inspection shortly after your stay.
Booking In/Booking out Check in time is 4pm – Check out by 11am. Keys can be collected from reception at check in. If you arrive outside reception hours keys can be collected from site clubhouse, please return key to reception at checkout. Please contact park reception if you require any assistance. 01745 833048 option 3. Car registration numbers will be required when booking your holiday to ensure access to the park via the gate. Please make sure you send all registrations associated with your stay.
Pets Please make sure that your pet does not foul inside the property. Any faeces must be removed immediately from the outside area. No pets allowed on beds. Any uncleaned fouling and/or damaged by your pet to the property and/or contents in or around the property will be paid for by you the tenant. A £20 pet cleaning fee will added to your booking per pet to pay for professional cleaning of all carpets after your stay. Make sure your pet’s vaccinations are up to date and regularly treated for flees and mites. Pets are not to be left unattended in the caravan and kept in cages when absent. The site rules are that dogs must be kept on leads at all times when walking round site.
Kitchen worktops
Please use chopping boards provided when preparing food to avoid scratching worktops. Damage to worktops may result in the loss of your bond
Rubbish Do not leave rubbish in the caravan. Before you check out empty the bin at the site rubbish collection point and return bin to caravan.
Please leave the caravan in a clean, tidy condition there is cleaning equipment and fluids provided for your use during your stay.
There will be a charge for any rubbish left inside which will be deducted from your bond.
Parking
There is a stone parking bay outside the caravan, please do not park on the grassed area, any damage to grassed area may result in part or all of your bond being retained.
