TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We offer a PRIVATELY OWNED caravan at Trecco Bay Holiday Park. All our prices quoted
include gas, electric and the hire of the caravan only.
The facilities are run by PARK DEAN we have no control over these.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTING: Caravan is STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO
PETS. We are not responsible for the park’s decision regarding the opening/closing/capacity
of facilities/activities on site during your stay and no compensation will be offered if these are
not available to you.
TRECCO BAY = Our licence agreement with Park Dean states we are unable to rent to
SINGLE SEXED GROUPS IE: NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES!!! No groups of adults under
the age of 21 are able to book, as this is a family holiday park. Anyone caught SMOKING
CANNABIS on camp will be asked to leave straight away by security with the rest of the
guests staying at the caravan!! NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, and your BOND will not be
returned.
The Caravan will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Please leave
as you find. All cleaning materials are provided, under the sink and
cupboard as you come in the door. Air Fryer and any appliances used must be
cleaned afterwards or charge of £10. There are liners for air fryer in the cupboard
alongside. Any stained bedding will incur a £25 charge. PLEASE inform us if this
happens. We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct Rubbish bay and
not left outside the caravan on your departure. The fridge freezer and cupboards must
be emptied of all food items (if not emptied £10 charge). (Info on bin stores will be in
the caravan) There is a £10 fee payable if rubbish is left at the caravan.
I have provided a privately owned caravan to you as a sign of good faith and expect
you to adhere to the rules.
We have been fortunate that most of our customers have treated the caravan like their own
and have had their £75 bond returned. But if any damage to the caravan occurs then you will
be liable to pay the damages as you are responsible for the caravan for the whole duration of
your stay. UNREASONABLE MESS left by guests or EVIDENCE OF SMOKING inside the
caravan a fee of £75 for deep cleaning will be enforced. (You are agreeing to this at time of
booking).
We ask all our customers to treat our caravan as if it was their own.
Balance MUST be paid 5 weeks prior to your holiday if this isn’t paid it could result in your
holiday being cancelled and loss of your deposit. Unless booked less than 5 weeks before the
holiday and payment will be needed in full. If Holiday is cancelled with less than 5 weeks to
go and we can’t re book it, there will be no refund.
The maximum number of guests able to stay in the caravan are 6.
Anyone found committing any illegal activity will be escorted off the park and all monies paid
kept. Anyone caught using illegal drugs (cannabis, Cocaine ect) on camp will be escorted
off park IMMEDIATLEY by security DO NOT BRING ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ON TO THE
PARK
