Our brand new, 2016 privately owned holiday home offers spacious, well presented, luxury family accommodation on Berwick Holiday Park in Berwick-upon-Tweed.
Unfortunately, our caravan is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS due to allergies.

It is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering break away from home and is located on one of Haven’s well known 5* Holiday Parks in Northumberland.

Berwick Holiday Park benefits from being just a 10-minute stroll away from the local town centre of Berwick upon Tweed, and with the local train station at the top of the road makes it a perfect location for guests who don’t drive or simply prefer to use public transport.

Our spacious 3 bed caravan sleeps up to eight people and offers a distant sea view from our lounge window. It consists of:
Quality home furnishings including electric fire in lounge area; gas cooker; microwave; kettle; toaster; cutlery, pots and pans; TV with Freeview and built in DVD player; shower room with wash basin, and a separate toilet with wash basin.

The three bedrooms consist of a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and there is also a pull-out bed under the main seating area in the lounge, which can sleep 2 people.

Basically our caravan has everything you require for a self-catering holiday or short break away by the sea/beach. 5 minutes away down some steps is the beach.

Magdalene Fields - a scenic cliff top 18 hole golf course right next door. Berwick Barracks - Britain's finest example, built in 1721, with huge ramparts, popular for local walks - 1 mile away. Ford & Etal Estates - Explore Etal Castle or follow the Maelmin Heritage trail and enjoy walking, fishing and cycling - 12 miles away. Heatherslaw Light Railway - Cuddly steam train running from Heatherslaw mill to Etal alongside the river - 13 miles away. Holy Island & Lindisfarne - A spiritual Christian site with prior castle harbour and local mead -15 miles away.

Prices range from £350 per week

Deposit : A £75 (non-refundable upon cancellation) deposit is required at the time of booking, which secures your dates. The remaining balance is then due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Please note the owner reserves the right to re-rent the caravan if payment is not received in full by this time unless other arrangements have been made.
