Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your holiday giving over 56 days notice a full refund will be given. Between 42 and 56 days 70% refund, between 29 and 41 days 50% refund and between 8 and 28 days 20% refund. We strongly recommend you take out your own holiday insurance. Should we have to cancel for any reason you will be entitled to a full refund.
Bookings are non transferable. All bookings must be made by the lead booker who must be over 21 and will be taking part in the booking. Only guests named on the booking form are allowed to stay.
The security bond will be refunded, after a full check has been taken, within 1 day after you have vacated provided there is no damage.
Smoking or Vaping is not permitted inside the caravan under any circumstances, if this is violated it will lead to loss of security bond.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed in the caravan but not allowed in the bedrooms. They must be declared on the booking form. All dogs must wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead at all times around the park. All fouling must be cleaned up and disposed of in the bins provided.
It is forbidden to charge electric cars at the caravan due to danger of fires. Charging points are available in the main car park.
Fireworks are not allowed on site due to the proximity of RAF Coningsby. For the same reason, flying of kites or drones is not allowed.
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
All refuse to be disposed of in the designated areas
We are not responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle.
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know so it can be replaced – if it’s minor we usually won’t charge. If it’s a larger issue (eg the TV screen) we need details for our insurance and it will need to be paid for by agreement.
All electrical appliances have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items is at your own risk.
Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan to avoid extra cleaning charges for the carpets.
Turn off electrical appliances, fire, fans and all gas appliances when leaving the caravan for any length of time.
Ensure the central heating is clicked to off when vacating the caravan.
