Rent a caravan in Southern England this Easter

Renting a caravan for your holiday is easy and fun when you book direct with owners on the Rent My Caravan website. With Easter coming up, why not rent a caravan in Southern England for your Easter break?  On Rent My Caravan, you can search for static caravans to hire in Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and on the Isle of Wight. Many caravan sites are already fully booked for Easter but there are still some caravans available.

Renting a caravan is becoming more and more popular as this type of holiday home offers a much cheaper holiday than renting a hotel, apartment or holiday cottage.  Modern caravans now offer very modern facilities and can be extremely luxurious, sleeping as many as 8 people very comfortably. Caravan holidays are great for couples, families, groups of friends and even singles.  Holiday parks offer a variety of amenities and facilities depending on the site you choose.

The Isle of Wight
On the Isle of Wight there are still caravans available for Easter with the holiday parks offering everything you need for a family holiday or a short break. The Isle of Wight is still surprisingly unspoilt with beautiful countryside and a fabulous coastline. The towns are buzzing with activity, things to do and places to see. There are plenty of shops, great restaurants and bars with lots of evening entertainment.

Southern England Mainland
On the mainland of Southern England the caravan holiday parks are mostly fully booked for Easter but it is worth checking out availability; if not for Easter then for another time of the year. The Witterings on the Sussex coast are very popular with lovely beaches and plenty to do. Close by is the famous city of Chichester which is well known for combining the old with the new. There is the 900 year old Cathedral, the Pallant House Gallery and Chichester Festival Theatre which was recently refurbished and re-opened in 2014. Chichester offers some very fine restaurants, pubs, markets and a fantastic selection of shops.

There is stunning countryside in this area which includes the South Downs popular for walking, cycling and horse riding.

Transport Links
Access to the Isle of Wight includes the ferry across from the mainland; some holiday makers choose to take their car across, others hire a car. Road access to the ferry and on the island is good. Road access on the mainland is excellent as is public transport.
